Club Penguin Hulas has got some good servers. Mostly these. But I added two more because we are rare. Sleet and Parka is where rare penguins go on. Thats why i added them. Whoever has the lei will fit right in.

We must also to be a true army of Club Penguin have a government. There will be 10 senate seats and 1 leader. The leader will be me until we have an election. Just apply in the chat and I'll set up a poll (once a month) and we, the army, will decide for ourselves who is  our government leader. 

The senates vote on private polls which will be on the top right hand corner of your page. there will be senate elections every 2 months. The government decides weather or not to have battles,wars, or even skirmishes. It will be an important part of our Army!
